Agreeing to the Terms

When you sign up for an account, add funds, or place a bet on OKJL, you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms cover everyone who uses the OKJL platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering.

Who Is Eligible

To create an account and use OKJL, you need to meet all of these conditions, including being at least 21 years old and allowed to play under the laws in your area.

Creating Your OKJL Account

Each player may maintain only one OKJL account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or accidentally, may be merged or closed at the discretion of OKJL. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. OKJL will never ask for your password through email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Enable two-factor authentication for added security.
• Never share your login details with anyone, even family members.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number updated at all times.

Deposits and Payment Options

You can fund your OKJL account using the supported e-wallet and mobile payment options shown on the Payment page. Deposits are processed right away, though the exact minimum deposit may differ depending on the method you choose. OKJL does not add its own deposit fee, but your payment provider may charge a separate transaction fee.

Every amount you deposit to your OKJL wallet should come from a payment account or e-wallet registered under your name. Using someone else's account to deposit is not allowed. OKJL may ask you to show proof that you own the payment method you used.

• All deposits must be sent from an account that is registered under your own name.
• OKJL does not accept cash top-ups or bank transfers coming from sources that have not been verified.
• Deposit limits are set for both minimum and maximum amounts. Check the Payment page for the latest figures.
• For larger deposits, OKJL may ask for documents that show where the funds came from, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.

Withdrawals

If your account is verified, withdrawal requests are normally processed within about 30 minutes. Your winnings are sent back to the same payment method you used for your latest deposit. OKJL will never send your funds to a third-party account.

Before you can request your first withdrawal, you need to verify your identity by uploading a valid government-issued ID and proof of ownership for your payment method. This step is required by regulations and cannot be skipped. Verification only needs to be done once; after that, later withdrawals can proceed without extra documents unless your account details change.

• Any active bonus playthrough requirements must be fully completed before you can withdraw.
• Withdrawals are sent back to the same payment method you used for your deposit.
• OKJL will never hold back legitimate winnings from accounts that have passed verification.
• Withdrawal processing may take a little longer during peak hours or Philippine public holidays.

Bonuses and Promotions

OKJL provides different bonuses and promos such as welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and seasonal campaigns. Each bonus follows the specific conditions set when the offer is made, on top of these general Terms.

You must fully satisfy the wagering requirements before withdrawing any winnings that come from a bonus. Each bonus offer clearly states the wagering multiplier, eligible games, deadline, and maximum withdrawable amount. OKJL does not impose undisclosed wagering conditions after you have claimed a bonus.

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per player, household, device, and IP address.
• Bonus credits may not be transferred from one account to another.
• OKJL reserves the right to remove a bonus offer at any time before you claim it.
• Abusing bonuses, such as creating multiple accounts just to claim offers, will lead to account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• If OKJL finds that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, it may cancel that bonus along with any winnings tied to it.

Gameplay Rules

Every game on OKJL comes from licensed third-party game providers. Each one follows its own rules, which you can view inside the game itself. OKJL does not alter game outcomes and cannot influence the results of any certified RNG-based game.

If a game round encounters a technical malfunction, OKJL will void that round and return the stake to the player's account. OKJL is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection problems on the player's end. Players must make sure their connection is stable before they place any bet.

• Once a game round finishes without any technical error, the result is final and cannot be changed.
• Any bet placed during a confirmed technical malfunction will be voided, and the staked amount will be refunded to the player's OKJL account.
• OKJL has the right to void bets that were accepted with clearly wrong odds or incorrect game parameters.

Prohibited Conduct

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited under OKJL platform terms. If you engage in any of these, OKJL may immediately suspend your account, forfeit any remaining balance, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or get around platform restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Working together with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Trying to exploit software bugs or game vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other fraudulent financial activity.
• Providing false identity details or pretending to be someone else.
• Behaving in an abusive, threatening, or harassing way toward OKJL staff or other players.

Responsible Gaming

OKJL supports responsible gaming for Philippine players aged 21 and above. The platform provides tools to help you manage your play, such as deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. You can access these tools anytime from your account settings.

OKJL is for players aged 21 and above. If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, use the self-exclusion tool right away or contact OKJL support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed until the selected exclusion period has ended. OKJL takes every self-exclusion request seriously and will not send promotional communications to players who have self-excluded.

• Deposit limits can be set, lowered, or raised. Any increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling period before it takes effect.
• Self-exclusion periods range from 1 month up to 5 years.
• OKJL will never encourage a player to continue playing once that player has expressed a desire to stop.

Account Suspension and Closure

OKJL reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in violation of these OKJL terms. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, accounts may be frozen while the matter is under investigation.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting OKJL support. Once the account is closed, any remaining balance, after deducting active bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements, will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

• Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Any remaining real-money balance is returned when the account is closed.
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements are forfeited once the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

OKJL provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform available and working properly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. OKJL is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors beyond our control, or third-party service failures.

For any claim arising from your use of OKJL, our total liability is capped at the total amount you deposited in the 12 months immediately before the incident. OKJL will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Privacy & Data Protection

OKJL collects and processes your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to let OKJL collect and use your data as described in that policy. Changes to These Terms

OKJL can change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
